Obama fundraisers run circles around Clinton in January

NEW YORK – Hillary Clinton raised about $13 million in January. Not too shabby, if you didn’t happen to know that Barack Obama raised a stunning $32 million last month.
Clinton’s campaign chairman, Terry McAuliffe, broke the news on MSNBC today, and put a positive spin on it:
“We actually raised more in '07 than Barack Obama did,” he said.
And he also offered a gracious “hats off” to Obama.
“No one should be worried about Hillary Clinton, though,” he said. “We will always have our resources to get our message out.”
