Obama responds to Clinton debate ad
Barack Obama's campaign responded today to a TV ad in which Hillary Clinton chides him for declining to debate in Wisconsin with a spot of its own pointing out the two leading Democrats are already on track to debate 20 times.
"After 18 debates, with two more coming, Hillary says Barack Obama is ducking debates?" the narrator says. "It’s the same old politics, of phony charges and false attacks."
Then, the ad (watch it here) aims criticisms at Clinton.
"On health care, even Bill Clinton’s own labor secretary says Obama covers more people than Hillary and does more to cut costs, saving $2,500 for the typical family," the announcer says. "Obama’s housing plan, it stems foreclosures and cracks down on crooked lenders. That’s change we can believe in."

Voting for Obama is like voting for Hitler who was elected by a bunch of people who were not informend of the dangers he brought to the table and his total lack of knowledge and experience. and were caught up in the moment with horrifying results for there country and there lives. History has a way of repeating itself. We are finaly going to be rid of Bush and now your trying to make Obama Hessiem Barrock into a Champion .Be careful what you wish for Open yur eyes . Your voting for a muslim, who became a christian after deciding to run for office.
I really hate to see it come to this, but I guess it is necessary to either pull ahead strongly and win the debate or too lose trying. I am so very happy to see that Barack Obama came back with the ad he did, as I said to my husband earlier, after seeing Hillary's ad; that Obama needed to run this ad with the same words used in the ad.
I am for change and I am also looking for any president to make mistakes along the way, what matters most to me is that the president learn quickly from the mistake, take responsibility for it and move us to the change we have all been waiting for in the past years.
Hillary was already president in my mind, we need a new face, a new kind of thinking, and a new national view for ALL people.
Go Obama, you have my vote and my money will continue to flow in until I reach my set limit for this campaign. Then, you will have it to fight the republicans.
History is full of smooth talking people who were able to incite the masses to blindly follow them where ever they wanted to go. The problem how ever was once they got to where they were being led they found out it wasn't where they thought they were going. Go ahead follow Obama, you don't know where he's going any more than he does.
What is with these lunatics making Obama = Hitler comparisons? Hitler had plenty of knowledge and experience: of how to use propaganda to incite hatred. Where has Obama done this? He has repeatedly said that even when he disagrees with someone on the substantive issue, such abortion, he still is obligated to respect that person.
It's also really strange to see someone invoke Hitler and then incite hatred toward someone because he's (falsely) alleged to be Muslim. I guess for Shirley Fields, the only problem with the Holocaust was that it targeted the wrong religion.
