For Clinton, fundraising the next step
A visit to Hillary Clinton's website shows just how eager her campaign is to raise money -- the New York senator's usual homepage has been replaced with a solicitation for donations (see screenshot below).

The move follows a plea Clinton included in her victory speech last night, where she urged supporters to visit the site and donate to her campaign.
Fresh off a victory in Pennsylvania that kept her presidential hopes alive, Clinton's campaign was in debt at the end of March and needs an influx of cash to continue competing against better-funded rival Barack Obama. Even as voters streaked to the polls for Clinton in Pennsylvania yesterday, The New York Times ran a story showing the campaign's dire financial situation:
"Mrs. Clinton, of New York, currently has $10.3 million in outstanding primary debts but only $9.5 million available to cover them, leaving an $800,000 shortfall at the end of March. In February, the Clinton campaign had unpaid bills of $8.7 million and $11.7 million in cash."
Obama, by contrast, appears to be rolling in money. A recent report showed the Illinois senator raised $41 million in March, and that he had $42 million to spend against Clinton in April.
Clinton's approach may be working -- the Associated Press reported today her campaign raised $3 million overnight, an amount the Clinton camp says is its best overnight performance ever.
In a hard-fought primary where divisions of race and class have permeated headlines, money may ultimately emerge as the most critical factor in the nomination.

Sounds like an evangilistic call for donations before you can go to heaven. Rinos may vote for Hillary but they ain't gonna contribute to her CAMPAIN (get it?). However, bless your heart , if you've got the money, forget your gas expense, goard head and contribute.
There is nothing wrong with Obama's campaign. The Clintons Mafia's campaign leaks racism in the party and some white people fall for it. Obama is a victim of racism!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is a sad case for America. America needs to be exposed before the world. I hope that Obama will write a book about how America treat him. White people have dog this black man and yet he is very intelligent. White people ignore the fact that he is also half white and they show no respect for his white back ground. The black people will stand behind him as a human being not because he is black or white. All those white people who vote for Hillary know that both her and her husband are liars and criminal and this is the real issue. But, white people prefer to vote for a dog before they vote for a man of color. It is evident how racist is white America toward black people but often they refuse to admit it. Hillary is not electable because this racist issue about the election will not end and it can even come to a civil war. All because of the Clintons!
How about $105 million they have!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like comment number 1 should get his shoe out of his a - - !
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
She"s worked hard for us and she deserves any amount of money her campaign can raise!
FACT: Obama looses by double digits in the first primary after the Rev. Wright controversy, the 'typical white person' and 'bitter' remarks and the ABC debate. His loss in the PA primary is a big deal. PA is a microcosm of middle class and small town USA and they have spoken. Let him be the nominee in November – he is unelectable. He can steal as much money from his followers as our nation's campaign laws will allow but it will not do any good. Honest, hard-working Americans will not vote for an elitist, left-winger like Obama.
Obama the unknown...rolling in money from his adoring public....
Hillary...for the most part, vilified beyond her "sins"....
I say "the known devil is better than the unknown angel"....
Yeah, I'll give 'er a penny (or two)...
" ...a review of campaign finance records -- conducted for The Huffington Post by the Spotfire Division of software firm TIBCO (Somerville, MA) -- reveals that it is Obama, not Sen. Hillary Clinton, who has received the majority of donations from small town Keystone State communities."

Hillary can raise all the money she can get but it won't change the delegate math nor the dynamics of the race. This is now a war of attrition until June when Obama becomes the Democratic nominee. You can hope and believe otherwise but it's just delaying the inevitable.
I don't understand -- most commentators seem to agree that with so few states left to vote, she can't actually win more delegates. So aren't any contributions to her campaign just going to be used to repay that five million dollars she "loaned" to her own campaign? Under such circumstances, why would people contribute?
Fact is . . . the amount of money that these two particular candidates have raised and spent is both phenomenal and absurd. I'd like to see each candidate (along with their campaigns and surrogates) pledge $10 - 20 million a piece to actually help small , economically disadvantaged towns, by funding a series of small business incubators. While we watch this polotical fodder and pablum served up to us by the media (because they've got nothing else to do, especially while Britney is taking her medicine and her antics are down as a result of being under conservatorship), once again, the REAL ISSUES are being pushed aside. Don't give to either one or any, if you food prices are high. Don't give to any if your gas and your money goes faster than your car. Don't give to any of them if your health care program or insurance policy does not explicitly cover every conceivable health emergency or need. Don't give to any of them if your 401K is losing value and Social Security is bankrupt Don't give to any of them as long as the buget deficit won't be paid off in our lifetime or that (possibly) of our great, great grand children. Remember they're the one's who are running for the office and who would reap the rewards and spoils of power. They are all Millionaires, are you? Think about it! They're polluting the air with their bus tours, daily cross country plane trips, pandering to every community and prospective warm body, lieing so much that none of us collectively can keep track of it all, just to control us! Ralph Nader, you may get your chance just yet! Oh, where is Pat Paulsen when you need him! Don't give to either and they will go away.
It just blows my mind that so many people have such vile comments to make about any candidate. Regarding the vicious comments against Hilary Clinton, I would hope that the demonizing personalities making commnents about their contributions to Obama are in no way reflective of the person that they are praising. Wow, Zimbabwe can't be much worse.
I contributed to Hillary this morning, myself. She's worked hard and rallies after a defeat. I admire her abilities and preserverance. It's what we're going to need with the economic and environmental crises we're facing. This isn't about race for me, or about gender. It's about picking the most qualified candidate for the job. Unlike most young adults, I don't think charisma alone is going to get things done. I like Obama, but I'd rather vote for him the next time around. Age and experience still counts with some people. Even with some urban 22 year old college students.
IT'S TIME AMERICA:
It’s time for everyone to face the truth. Barack Obama has no real chance of winning the national election in November at this time. His crushing defeat in Pennsylvania makes that fact crystal clear. His best, and only real chance of winning in November is on a ticket with Hillary Clinton as her VP.
Hillary Clinton seemed almost somber at her victory speech. As if part of her was hoping Obama could have defeated her. And proved he had some chance of winning against the republican attack machine, and their unlimited money, and resources. In all honesty. I felt some of that too.
But it is absolutely essential that the democrats take back the Whitehouse in November. America, and the American people are in a very desperate condition now. And the whole World has been doing all that they can to help keep us propped up.
Hillary Clinton say’s that the heat, and decisions in the Whitehouse are much tougher than the ones on the campaign trail. But I think Mr. Obama faces a test of whether he has what it takes to be a commander and chief by facing the difficult facts, and the truth before him. And by doing what is best for the American people by dropping out of the race, and offering his whole hearted assistance to Hillary Clinton to help her take back the Whitehouse for the American people, and the World.
Mr. Obama is a great speaker. And I am confident he can explain to the American people the need, and wisdom of such a personal sacrifice for them. It should be clear to everyone by now that Hillary Clinton is fighting her heart out for the American people. She has known for a long time that Mr. Obama can not win this November. You have to remember that the Clinton’s have won the Whitehouse twice before. They know what it takes.
If Mr. Obama fails his test of commander and chief we can only hope that Hillary Clinton can continue her heroic fight for the American people. And that she prevails. She will need all the continual support and help we can give her. She may fight like a superhuman. But she is only human.
Sincerely

Lets check the facts out. Obama is not a black man. He is the son of a white woman and a black man who abandon him at age 2. He was raised by his white grandparents when his white mother wasn't available. His white grandparents paid for him to go to a prep school. He never met his black grandparents until he was in his 20's. His black granny is really his grandfathers wife who was not his grandmother.
Obama's father had three wives. One in Africa, with children, before he met Obama's mother. He left Obama and his mother after two years, went back to Africa and had another wife and more children.
That "Father" died in 1982.
Obama is a product of the life his lived raised by his white mother and white grandparents. Later he tried to take on the role of a black man. Then he replaced his white grandmother, his only living relative, with a fake black granny who was a woman who married Obama's grandfather long after Obama Sr. was born. That's what he wants people to see. He doesn't want them to see his real heritage.
Nor does he want them to see his real religion.
The man is full of contradictions and coverups.
He wants to be candidate for all people. Then act like the person you really are and quit pretending that you are someone else.
He did choose his wife, and he did choose his church and he also chose what he wanted to be. But it does not mean that his past is different than he would like to present it. His choice in church is questionable. Maybe his rewriting of his past should be questioned also.
