Meanwhile, the Hillary Clinton campaign--the political equivalent of a Batan death march-- and the Republican smear n' spin masters, who can't figure out which label they rather pin on Obama (take your pick): "elitist", "inexperienced", a radical Muslim, a "racist", or an uppity "Boy" (and that last one sure bears closer scrutiny by the news media since it is a pretty good foreshadowing of what we can expect from the Republicans when Obama becomes the Democratic nominee), just continue to drag political discourse down further and further into the mud.

Meanwhile, as Hillary tosses back shots of whiskey and does her best to imitate a Rottweiler, and as McCain fumbles around trying to sound like a progressive Republican while hauling out the same old tired and miserably failing economic policies of the intellectually-stunted and morally bankrupt political reigh of baby Bush, Obama keeps get more delegates, more endorsements, more support.

Kind of telling, is it not?

Thank you Congressman Andre Carson and US Representatives David Price and Mel Watt for endorsing Senator Obama! He is the ONLY candidate who will bring America in the quagmire in which we find ourselves. He genuinely believes in "A GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND OF THE PEOPLE, and he is the one that can turn us in this direction. I am looking forward to Senator Obama becoming our President and Commander-in-Chief.

As I see it, Hillary totally failed the Commander-in-Chief test when she stated on 4 or 5 different occassions that "I remember landing in Bosnia amidst sniper fire, putting our heads down, and running to our cars" . She got caught in a full-fledged fraudulant claim! Then she went a step farther by going on the Jay Leno Show and joking and laughing that she "was last because she got caught in sniper fire". Her words and behavior depict a person who has NO respect for our fighting men and women in Iraq and Afhanistan! She has greatly insulted our servicemen and servicewomen who have lost their lives in these wars, She gave GWB the green light to attack Iraq and helped put our troops there and she rewards them by false claims of sniper fire and joking and laughing about sniper fire??? This is the epitomy of disgusting behavior and every single American who cares about our military servicemen and servicewomen should recognize the great insult to our fine members of our military services--4000+ have paid the ultimate price in Iraq, thousands returning with missing limbs, brain damage, paralized, and severe mental and emotional stress, and Hillary makes fun of sniper fire?? I have not heard her apologize to anyone!! She owes the entire country an apology. The best we got for fraudulant claims was, "I misspoke". Pathetic!! And she wants to be the Commander and Chief of our Armed Forces????

No one really knows Obama or how he will act in the
White House. He has no known history. Senator Clinton is being negatively judged because she is a woman and married to Bill Clinton. The same people who shout the importance of family values are ridiculing her for keeping her family intact by staying with her husband and rejecting divorce. How ironic. Shame on some for being hippocrites. As for dirty sheets, does that mean sheets Bill dirtied and Hillary didn't wash because she wasn't a good little woman? Women remain in the society on the lowest rung of the ladder, not supported by MEN OR WOMEN. How can we criticize other countries for not giving women their rights? We have a long way to go ourselves. Remember that in the last few weeks Senator Clinton has been the only one giving answers to important questions while Barak has spent his time pretending to know how to bowl to impress the "common man." Watch out! We need a president who knows how to not only talk but to act and not step on the tail when talking.

Clinton campaign is “dirty”?

Hillary Clinton (mildly in comparison to Obama’s “cling to religion comment) insulted the voters of Mississippi by questioning the importance of that state in the nominating process months before the primary there in Iowa (“…how can Iowa be ranked with Mississippi?”).

Obama's campaign dug up the quote on the eve of the Mississippi primary and referred to it night and day in a very hard hitting radio ad accusing Clinton of insulting Mississippians, and it hurt her very badly in the Magnolia State's primary. (In the 30-second spot former Mississippi Governor Ray Mabus accused Clinton of calling Mississippi voters “second class.”)

This is not rocket science.

People do not like to have their views dissed as less legitimate than someone else’s, and people are particularly sensitive about their religion. Many Midwesterners are also passionate about hunting. But for Obama to deliver the insult in a way that suggests that Miswestern views and values are the pathetic and unconscious result of their miserable lot in life is political suicide with that huge segment of the general electorate. It's as simple as that.

This grave insult to Midwesterners cannot be undone, and as Obama’s own Mississippi supporters proved, can be invoked by John McCain at will months later to tank the senator from Illinois in the general election in the Midwestern regions should the Democratic super-delegates be foolish enough to anoint him as the party’s nominee on August 25, 2008 in Denver.

I never thought I would see the day that I would agree with Hillary about anything, but her point that Senator Barach H. Oboma is an elitist is right on the mark. I also believe Barach H. Oboma is a very inteligent politician and doesn't say anything he hasn't carefully thought out to have the maximum affect. What I mean is, he knew the public reaction was going to be negative, and that he would emerge stronger having gained respect from his party faithful for saying something no thoughtful person would even consider but was designed get the publics attention big time.

I for one want a president who is more intelligent than I am. I want a president who can make me feel stupid, because he/she is so darn smart. I want a president who tells it like it is. I don't think America is ready for Obama. I believe racism, fear and the good old right wing smear machine will make sure that he does not get elected.

Throughout this presidential campaingn I hear old time good politicians some of whom have occupied their offices for more than two decades calling out for change only in the presidential elections vied for by candidates who are just for the first time fighting to change the present government.Honestly speaking, even a second grader could differentiate between these two nouns; William and Hillary.

I wished that the two commentators had spent more time on the issues than about personal questions that has no business in politics.

Senator Barack is correct, we need to get away from the old style of politics because that is the only way that we can go foward.

I enjoyed the debate. Senator Clinton was good, but she is not the one that can bring about the changes we need in this country right now.

We are in a new age and Senator Barack is the one that can deliver on his promises.

It is incredibly depressing to see how ABC's debate today has been so controlled by pro-Clinton and her Republican conservative friends. Both groups want Senator Obama out of the race. Obama threatens business as usual in Congress and the WH. He will change our government to take it away from the lobbyists and oligarchs. He will work openly for national security, peace and the American people. Hillary, Wolfson, and the Clinton machine seize every opportunity to smear Obama, to throw the whole dirty kitchen sink at him (flag pins, guilt by assocation, etc, etc). Where is the debate on issues crucial to our nation, economy, education, security, future? This ABC cheap take on gotcha politics proves how mainstream media is still owned and run by Clinton power brokers. Our beloved republic is well on its way to becoming a Roman dynastic empire, with the Bush-Clinton dynasties leaching off the ordinary citizens, enabled by their henchmen and women.

Andre Carson... just "elected" to office based on the support for your mother, whom I supported wholeheartedly! There is no way in _ _ _ _ that you could sincerely evaluate the merits of the campaigns of Clinton and Obama and not base your "endorsement" on anything other than race. Obama does NOT have the EXPERIENCE to move into the oval office. I sincerely believe that your mother would not want your support to be based on race and not on the track record of the candidates.

If given a choice between an intelectual elitist or a lying pit-bull; I'll take my chances with the intelectual elitist everytime. Hillary will say anything that she thinks will get her elected; she is as phony as her husband was. Who does she think she was kidding in having a Shot and a Beer with the "boys" in an attempt to show that she can fit in with the "common-folk" yet her history is that she rarely drank while she was 1st Lady or after her husband left office. Obama may not be "experienced" but from observations, what you see is what you will get.

The only reason for the attacks that Obama has seen is because everyone knows he will become the next president. Austan Goolsbe, Obama Economics advisor is, in my Grandpa's words -an educated idiot.

Goolsbee, who must have several degress in economics, says we must be careful to identify the cause of - the rich getting richer and everybody else getting poorer.

Goolsbee says the cause is: dramatically increased returns to skill i.e. college degrees are paying off better and better all the time.

Uh, huh, yeah but that does nothing to explain the rise of the super rich, nor the increasing poverty of everyone else.

The cause is simple: Reagan cut the top tax rate down from the 70%'s to the low 30%'s AND Corporations all over America trotted out the "Two-Tier Wage Structure" - - right after Reagan was elected. i.e. pay everybody at the top a whole lot MORE, pay everybody else a whole lot LESS.

The rich are getting richer, and have been doing so at a faster & faster rate for the past 30 years - because of RADICALLY INCREASED RETURNS to CAPITAL.

Everybody else has been getting poorer and poorer over that same time span because its been CORPORATE POLICY to pay everybody else a whole lot less; (not to mention the fact that -everybody else has been Paying a Lot More Taxes - to make up that portion of the Federal Budget no longer being paid by the wealthy/not currently being "borrowed" from our children and grandchildren.)

My grandpa was a farmer, son of a share cropper. In his later years he worked for an experimental farm operated by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. The people who ran the farm had degrees in agriculture. My grandpa had a LIFETIME of EXPERIENCE.

Next, the Obama campaign pushed those ... totally absurd ... accusations of "racism" to the press because they were LOSING the South Carolina primary.

The LYING & Propaganda have continued to this day ... Obama's the negative dirty campaigner --- Hillary gets blamed for it. Neither one can gain enough delegates to get the nomination ON THE BASIS OF DELEGATES, but DELEGATE COUNT, having FAILED to get the job done ... the Media Proclaims that Delegate Count should be the ONLY criteria to get the job done.

First the Obama camp INSISTS on Playing by the RULES:(FL & MI delegates DON"T COUNT); but, NOT Playing by the RULES: SuperDelegates are ENTITLED to and CHARGED to: SELECT the BEST, most Electable candidate --- that's the RULES --- But NO, don't do THAT!

Obama claims he has special "talents" for working across the aisles, bringing people together to get good new progressive legislation passed (--- CHANGE --- We can Believer In ---) as EXEMPLIFIED - by the 26 wonderful Bills he got passed WHILE in the ILLINOIS legislature.

But ... according to a hometown Chicago news reporter - all 26 Bills were passed in ONE Year because the Democratic legislative leader .... gave Obama .... all the good legislation OTHER Senators had been WRITING, CRAFTING, and WORKING to get passed .... during all the years when the Republicans had majority control.

One year to get 26 bills passed would leave .... suspiciously little TIME for .... working across the aisles, bringing people together to get them passed .... & given a Democratic Majority .... how much NEED to "work across the aisles" to get the bills passed actually existed? Obama's claim appears to be FALSE. He has little to NO accomplishments or experience that would in any way qualify him to be President of anything --- or --- give him much more than a CLUE about how to get legislation passed in the U.S. Congress ... absent ... a party leader willing to Falsely give him credit for other people's work.

Things that DON'T ADD UP: The Obama campaign has been bragging to the compliant media parrots since January that he has raised 2X, 3X, and now 5X as much money as the Clinton campaign .... from .... we the little people, but if that's the case then ..... why hasn't he been getting 2X, 3X, 5X MORE VOTES in the primaries from all us little people who support him to the extent of giving him money?

If, as Obama keeps repeating - Clinton is the "establishment candidate", the candidate of corporate controlled America, the candidate financed by Washington Lobbyists for the corporate controllers of our economy & government ---- Then, WHY is Clinton's campaign chronically running out of money ... WHILE .... the Obama Campaign has been full up to the gills with cash since January? Why is it the Clinton campaign that has been financed the past several months by .... WE the People?

The MSM sold you Reagan, Bush 1, and Bush 2 TWICE. The MSM sold you the Iraq War. Are you going to just sit there and let them Sell you Obama/McCain/ 29 nuclear power plants? i.e. the NEXT Big Cheney Energy MONOPOLY RIPOFF just waiting in the wings?
