Quality time on the trail
Maybe it's an indication of the high stakes in Tuesday's Pennsylvania primary. Or maybe they just want to actually see each other on the campaign trail.
Whatever the case, it's interesting to note that both the Clintons and the Obamas are making unusual joint appearances today.
Hillary and Bill Clinton are both at a rally in Pittsburgh this afternoon, and are scheduled to be joined by daughter Chelsea for another event tonight at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia to wrap up their primary-eve campaigning.
Barack and Michelle Obama are to be together at two events tonight, one a town hall meeting in McKeesport and the other a rally at the University of Pittsburgh's basketball arena.
In recent weeks, the couples have campaigned separately so they can cover more ground and pitch more voters.

The Democrats should have found a Liberal Republican and behind the scenes backed him with money and by referring to him over and over as the Republican candidate they were afraid of,then when he doesn't get the nod from the Republican party we have him run Independent and drag hundreds of thousands of republican votes from the Republican front runner,there-by splitting the Republican vote."United we stand and divided we fall." Ever hear of political maneuvers guys? What Democrats NEED to know is this,if the Super delegates choose Sen. Clinton, will Sen. Obama run as an Independent and if they don't will Clinton? If either one runs Independent the undeniable result is victory for McCain, Karl Rove style,by splitting the Democratic Party. Will someone in a position to do so (Media,Campaigners,etc..) PLEASE ask Clinton and Obama to pledge, for the good of our nation, that the loser will NOT run Independent..... WE NEED TO find out NOW!
