  1. Now I am convinced that Obama is ready to lead America in the right path. Obama has just won me over. I just love his honesty and moral clarity. I can’t be more proud of him. Some may say his response was late, but I believe that a broken engagement is better than a broken marriage. Courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to confront your challenges no matter how late. I am glad that Obama will be a President that will listen to American people. Great strength is not about never making a mistake or blunder but picking yourself up when you realize you're wrong. When Bush/Cheney came to know that the war intelligence was totally wrong, what did they do? American people spoke out, shouted , protested and made their voicse clear in the congressional election but is Bush/Cheney listening? I will like to follow a leader who will change course whenever he/she discovers a better route.
You don't need to eat all the food before you know how it taste. This singular action of Senator Obama is enough of an indication for me of kind of President he would be if elected.
Is it not possible that Obama was completely unaware of those offensive views of Rev Wright? If there is no evidence against Obama 's claim , why then judge him on suspicion or hypothesis? That is cruel
If Rev Wright is such a high caliber Southside Chicago preacher and some of his so extreme and offensive comments were really that in the open for 20 years of relationship with Obama, then the big question is why is it taking 20 years for the press to find out?

  1. What are you writing about David. Rev. Wright's recent comments make it clear that Barack Obama exercises extremely poor judgment in who will be his and his family's spiritual leader. He didn't just know Wright, they were extremely close. Only since Wright has become a problem in his campaign has he begun to distance himself (and they discussed that possibility before he ran). Only a fool would think that Wright and Obama didn't speak about political and religious views often over twenty years. They're both intelligent and strong minded individuals. Barack clearly shares Wrights views and therefore should not be our parties nominee.

  1. senator Obama is devoid of experience and apparently enough awareness to know that his pastor of 20 some years is a nut. This is a question of judgment on Obama's account. Also his questionable business affiliations with a man currently under indictment and his wife's telling remarks about being proud of America for the first time in her life--these people are as racist as they come. Obama is not in the main stream--and he is slow on the draw when it comes to publicly divorcing Wright. Get real.. Obama is not the man to lead this great country . I stand behind Hillary Clinton 100%.

  1. This story is about judgement and honesty. Obama continued his affiliation with Wright for whatever reason and only made a move away from him because he had to. This brings into question what Obama's beliefs really are and whether the voters want to take a chance on the unknown. I think that most people don't want to take that chance and will go for Hillary. Democrats also have to contend with who will be the best candidate in the general election. A majority of whites have not voted for a Democratic presidential candidate for years and this controversy is only moving more voters to McCain. If anyone should drop out fo the race it should be Obama.

  1. Obama is not the man you thought he was -. Where is the integrity?? Where is the fresh new face of hope and bringing people together?? He has known all along about the Rev. Wright and his views. He and his wife Sat in Rev. Wright's Church for 20 Years (and exposed his young girls to that hate)! It is beyond me, how any sane person could sit idly by for 20 years and basically condone all this bigoted hate. Obama wasn't just a parishioner, he was intimate friends with the Rev Wright, his surrogate Dad, his spiritual mentor from all these years. He knew and you know he still does. The Rev. Wright is not what's wrong with this picture. It Is We Who Were/Are Wrong About Obama. Sen Obama Has Been Lying To Us All. Obama is a Phony, who is upset because the Rev. told the truth about him! He is a Divider, and not a uniter.

  1. The Real Story - Should Obama Drop Out of Race Due to Racial Controversy
OMG - how many out there have serious head injuries???

It's not about Obama conveniently ending his long relationship with Reverend Jeremiah Wright and that ends it and Jeremiah Wright is bad man and racist and how could he?

It's all about Barack Obama how after 20 years of having a close relationship with Pastor Wright appears to have a dual personality - one of which is a dark hidden side with racial confusion and the convenient use of disposable people.
Obama - remember chose Jeremiah Wright and his church. Jeremiah Wright had very little to do with it except to just accept Barack Obama's friendship and now come to find out - hidden agenda. It is an extreme stretch of anyone's imagination that this Obama – Wright relationship of convenience is all a complete surprise to Obama after 20 years of spiritual mentoring by Wright and Obama naming a book after a close friendship with Jeremiah Wright. This is all about saving Barack Obama's presidential campaign after the public scrutiny does NOT like what it sees in the Obama racial controversy. This could set back civil rights 40+ years. This is NOT something to be ignored and just explain it away with another grandiose Obama public lecture/speech!!!

This candidate Obama comes highly manufactured and repeatedly groomed after more numerous focus group encounters and fine-tuning than half a dozen candidates combined. Obama may be the most highly tuned candidate, as the result of many, many focus groups – of our time. Obama "SLICK" is the quintessential political consultants dream robo-candidate that is intentionally designed to mislead the public...and he is!!
    http://thejunction.net/justfacts/2008/04/28/jeremiah-wright-demands-race-privilege-central-obama-campaign-issues/

NO one - I am convinced can have it both ways. The real discussion should now focus on whether Obama should drop out of the race altogether. This is not Presidental and what the American People deserve or need right now. This Obama racial controversy could set back civil rights 40+ years. This is NOT something to be ignored and just explain it away with a public lecture/speech !!!

Obama had it for twenty years HIS WAY with the racist Wright - now he wants us to completely disregard that - it was different - it didn't happen - we don't understand - we are taking it out of context - we need to move on - it's not important... HS it is very important. It is outrageous!!!!

The American People deserve to know exactly what we are getting into with any Presidential candidate and most rational people I know do NOT like what they see NOW in the Obama - Wright relationship of convenience.

When Michelle Obama wants to move on - that is an indication that they are into campaign damage control and no more and the race for President over-rules personal privacy and ANY relationship of convenience such as Obama- Wright.

Obama is too radical and NOT Presidential - and this comes from a Democrat.

The remaining Democratic primary voters and super delegates can/should act wisely and DENY Obama the White House.

  1. Let's face it - Barack attended an anti-white, anti-government church for 20 years because his wife made him. She is the female version of black rage.

  1. The Election is rigged against Obama , we should have seen Media coverage all over this ;

    Complainant: Peter F. Paul

Respondents: Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton; Hillary Rodham Clinton for U.S. Senate Committee, Inc.; Harold Ickes, Treasurer; New York Senate 2000 Committee; Andrew Grossman, Treasurer; William Jefferson Clinton, Edward Rendell, Howard Wolfson, Kelly Craighead, David

    The Lawsuit http://www.paulvclinton.com/060817_second_amended_complaint.swf

In an astonishing ruling by the Judge [on Friday, April 25,2008], Hillary Clinton may NOT be deposed about her role in the illegal solicitation and cover up of the largest contribution made to her Senate campaign until after the presidential election.

This is the same contribution Hillary denied knowing about or receiving when Lloyd Grove of the Washington Post asked her specifically about it and her relationship with the donor, Peter Paul, in August 2000.
