I wanted to vote for Mr. Obama but I swear I cannot vote for a democrat with the House and Senate democrat. Our Congress has lost their way and because of their inability to focus on the important things, this country is on the fast tract to fall completely on its face. This will affect our economy as a whole...rich and the poor. This is not about Republican or Democrats anymore people..it's about our economy....our country's future. We can't afford to have Bush's older brother in the office practicing the same tactics that put us in a recession. Hillary and Obama would be a great combination for the White House. Rebecca, please get your facts straight. The Patriots investigation was being spear-headed by a Republican from PA (Arlen Spector) and he has withdrawn it. He brought it because he's angry that the NFL network gets the good games and his shares in Comcast will suffer for lack of advertising $$$ during those big games. Total self interest. Obama is for ending the Iraq war, however, he does not intend to bring the troops home; he is moving them to Afghanistan. Obama's war will not cost any less than the Republican's war - it will affect our economy, rich and poor.
And where do you get the idea he can do anything for the economy? His economic plan is vague and mathematically questionable. Besides, he's made it clear that he doesn't understand when he rails about Exxon-Mobil being responsible for gas prices. Exxon - Mobil's continued sucess and re-investment is vital to our economy, almost everyone with a mutual fund owns Exxon - Mobil, as a public corporation they must try to maximize profits, they are big employers and consumers, and they are entitled to their 4% profit margin, which is no windfall. Would everyone prefer we had no American oil companies?
Unfortunately for this misogynist country, Mr. Obama is lacking knoledge and experience and Mr. McCain is a crackpot.

The DEM nominee is NOT finalized until the August Denver convention at which time Barack or Hillary could be chosen because NEITHER got the 2112 required from pledged delegates. Although Barack & the media are being misogynist in terms of unfair & inaccruate reporting, the SAME SUPERS that supported Hillary can SWITCH back to her in August - if Obama is vetted [now by Mc Cain] & the TONY REZCO information comes out about his several counts of guilty as to politicians, among which are the governor of Illinois & more to come....Rezco's wife purchased the side yard to Obama's home [which he & his family have exclusive use & occupancy of - because, according to Obama, they planted grass, shrubs & put a fence around it)....Wouldn't we all love to be so lucky to obtain a huge plot of land if we just planted grass, shrubs & put a fence around it - so we could use it indefinitely?

The panel questioner added, "only meals sitting down"......WOW - what a great leader.....who never held a meeting for the committee he chairs & a response from him was, "I was doing somthing else - running for President".......GREAT!

Obama insulted Hillary when he said as First Lady she "served tea" to world leaders & that hardly qualified for international experience.....He, the 2-8 year old who lived overseas tried to insinuate HIS international experience was more important...because he lived overseas....

Obama dissed "old Washington" & the epitome of "old Washington", especially white males who could not see a woman get the presidency if they failed at it (Kennedy, Kerry, Dean, Richardson, Edwards, etc.) backed Obama ...OLD WASHINGTON will change with Obama at the helm...HE SEEMS TO HAVE CAUGHT ON QUITE WELL WITH THE OLD WASHINGTON game & crowd when he ignored West Virginia & spend only 1 day in that state between March & the primary on May 13th...He was too busy courting the supers in Washington & he & the white males he courted were photographed endlessly a few days before the WV primary.....The people of WV were cited as "uneducated whites" & "prejudiced" as an explanation for Obama's HUGE (40 point loss).....NO - that's whining & untrue!!!!!.....West Virginia was DISSED BIG TIME by Obama who opened 11 offices in March in WV & then failed to show up to court those voters......HILLARY WON BECAUSE BILL & CHELSEA were on the ground running while HRC was in PA & then HRC spent 6/7 days after PA courting the voters & visiting coal mines, small towns, hollers, towns & villages......KERRY MADE THE SAME MISTAKE IN 2004 of ignoring WV & we saw what happened there: he lost a state where there is a DEM governor & TWO Dem U.S. Senators (hardly a red state)......I WAS THERE ; I know about what happened & I spoke to the people & worked with them for 5 days///////

I was truly impressed by Barack speech in 2004; however, his misleading statements (i.e. that he was RIGHT ABOUT THE WAR FROM THE BEGINNING - when BARACK DID NOT VOTE AGAINST THE WAR - but, as a surrogate to Kerry [on whose campaign I worked lots], he said he "didn't know" how he would have voted had he been in the U.S. Senate at the time].....GIVE ME A BREAK (to quote Bill Clinton as to why Barack has been given one bye after another & not vetted - all in the fear of being called a racist).....

Obama admitted that he didn't detach from Rev. Wright earlier because he hadn't heard the racist, sexist & anti-American words - that he claimed were "taken out of context'" [until Rev. Wright's famous trifecta weekend of interviews with Bill Moyers, the NAACP & the National Press Corps - where he laid out that Barack "had to do" what he did & that Barack is a "politician"............Clearly, it was only when Barack was "outed" by Wright that he didn't tell it like it was - that he chose to LOOK AT THE ENTIRE LECTURES/SERMONS of hate & then - he denounced Rev. Wright - who has not been seen/heard from since.....HMMMMM...

Barack left his church (which had volted him into his IL State Senate seat via votes & money - along with REZCO)....with a caveat that he felt that the media was bothering the worshippers....It would not surprise anyone who is objective to see Obama re-join that church & re-connect with Rev. Wright if he gives up his aspiration to become a national leader in the future if he loses this election cycle.

Barack is a trained lawyer (although neither he NOR his wife are able to practice law in IL because they are not registered as current attorneys)...Therefore, he KNOW FULL WELL that IF his parents DID get "married", it was a void marriage because his father was married with children in Kenya. His father was about 26 & his mom was 17 when she got pregnant by his father.....Hey, these things happen - but TELL THE TRUTH...Actually, the truth about a dual abandonment by his never-married parents would make his rise to fame even more amazing & respected.....PRODUCE THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE!!!!

The web has lots of false & demeaning things on it about all sides...but Barack refuses to give the public a copy of his birth certificate - so that actually creates MORE suspicion...Was he born in Hawaii to those parents he cited? If so, what's the big secret?......

WHY IS BARACK HIDING HIS HALF-BROTHERS & SISTERS from Africa from the public (his father's other children)?....He only cites his mother's other child - his half-sister who lives in HAWAII....

Where is Barack's grandmother (that he threw under the bus when he cited her as a racist - only to further explain it with another racist statement, "That's how white people think" - when ignorantly explaining that all whites go to the other side of the street when confronted by a group of black youths....TRY DOING THAT IN AN AMERICAN CITY!....HOW CRAZY!!!....Yes, some older folks & younger folks would avoid certain types of people...including African-American youths - [especially if they had a prior attack as in Barack's grandmother's case]; however, many of us live in diverse neighborhoods & work in a diverse workplace & we don't do what Barack thinks is "usual".....

People worried whether or not Bill Clinton inhaled pot...Barack admits he did coke, alcohol & pot as a teen in a private HS that his (albeit white) grandparents sent him to as a child.....Barack says that he was "confused" in a white society....HMMM...Look at the photos of his school.....Will he do coke as a president in a predominately white environment - because he is not comfortable...? Where are his HS friends, his college friends?

Barack talks of Columbia & Harvard....Why does he discount his Occidental College days at school before he transferred to Columbia (which school)?

Barack says he was the president of the Harvard Law Review as though that was the same as the prestigious EDITOR.....misleading??!!!

Did Barack really get an offer to join a large or medium law firm after his graduation from law school - or did he take the community service job because he had no other offers - or because he wanted to prep for a life in politics?...It's no big deal - unless he is misleading people to think he had a choice......DID THE FIRM HE SPENT THE SUMMER BEFORE HIS THIRD YEAR OF LAW SCHOOL OFFER HIM A JOB (maybe not - because that's where Michelle worked).....LET'S HEAR THE TRUTH!!!!.....It is not a secret that very few law firms would give an offer to minorities - even at that time......SO LET'S HEAR THE REAL TRUTH....

THE VETTING SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED AT THE HANDS OF THE DEM PARTY or IN THE DEBATES....It didn't...............the anti-Clintons, the misogynists, the slanted media & those racists who felt it was time to turn a new leaf (perhaps in an effort to "prove" they were not prejudiced - as in the case of a former KKK member who endorsed Barack)..........all helped to create a bizarre situation where NEITHER candidate in the DEM PARTY got the required pledged delegates...and somehow Barack & Company, in conjunction with the media CROWNED him the winner - along with 1/2 for FL & MI - based on votes he never received/earned - while taking away earned votes from HILLARY (who won 73 pledged delegates in MI - but only would receive 1/2 of 69 - while BARACK would get 1/2 of 59 delegates he did not earn - & could have easily gone to HILLARY if there was a re-vote - which OBAMA REFUSED TO DO.....................

SO - it's all about the FINAL DECISION of supers in AUGUST - (not JUNE)...HILLARY DID NOT CONCEDE & SHE WAS PRESSURED FOR MONTHS TO LEAVE A RACE - even though males(with much fewer than her 18,000,000 votes & 125ish shy of beating Obama on pledged delegates) were allowed to go to the convention....(e.g. Kennedy & others)...

THE DEM RULES ALLOW THE SUPERS TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT UP UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT...Let's hope they do the MATH:

HILLARY WON DEM/BLUE STATES & all the large ones (except IL); she won SWING STATES BY LARGE MARGINS (Obama didn't)....Obama won RED STATES that will be Mc Cain's in the November election....
