It's been a running joke: that Democrats and liberals tired of Republicans winning the White House will just up and move to Canada.
The polls suggest that supporters of Democrat Barack Obama won't have to worry about it this time.
But just in case, the folks at Slate, the online political magazine, have come up with an entire video spoof about the liberal elite being welcomed with open arms if Republican John McCain wins.

All you nut liberals leave now this is Conservative America.See you when you when you return broke from Canada.
SKMJ.... what do you mean broke from Canada? Canadians have not lost their homes, like Americans. Canadian taxpayers have not had to bail out their financial institutions like Americans. Remember, this is the second time that American taxpayers have had to bail out financial institutions under Republican governments....remember Savings and Loans under Regan. Broke??? get some education SKMJ... even in the midst of all this turmoil it the cost of University education in Canada is probably 25% of the cost in the US....and you know what else... everyone in Canada has health care FOR FREE! Republicans and their right wing media are a joke around the world.
Bravo, skippy! You are exactly right. The Republicans have made us both the laughing stock of the World, as well as the "Evil Empire" of the World.
