"We need to see her more!"

Posted by Sasha Issenberg October 2, 2008 11:35 PM

ST. LOUIS -- Now the seclusion of Sarah Palin can end.

After her successful debate performance, McCain aides say that Palin will take on the aggressive regimen of public and media appearances typical of a vice-presidential candidate but that Palin has largely avoided since being named to the ticket one month ago.

"She's passed her first hurdle," said campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds. "Just as a matter of course, as we approach Election Day, there will be more opportunities for her."

While not being specific, aides suggested that would include more interaction with the press, perhaps beginning as early as tomorrow with a round of morning-television interviews.

"We need to see her more," said South Carolina Lindsey Graham, a close McCain ally. "We're crazy if we don't use her more."

I enjoy tonights debate between Governor Sarah Palin and Senator Joe Biden and both were sparring very well.Governor Palin has some well connected punches and those were the defining moments in tonights debate.Senator Joe Biden as expected kinda wobbled a little bit other than that he stood his ground.

We don't need to see more of Palin, or Biden. They are VP candidates. We don't really vote for the 2nd person on the ticket. We vote for the Presidential candidate. What we need to see more of in SUBSTANTIAL debates is Obama, who has yet to prove his qualifications to us. We don't need to see his paid ads. Those are simply useless information for the braindead.

Yes, I'm sure McSame will look for more opportunities for Palin to regurgitate her canned answers in a format where she can't be questioned on them. Just like last night.

We don't need to see any more of Palin she doesn't know what she is doing and can't get her facts right; here's why:

1.Palin and Mccain are trying to lauch what we call" Swift Boat-like attacks" in hopes of deflecting attention from the economic issues which we know is #1 concerns to all amercian people".
2. These newspapers have "debunked what Palin has said in her rally: Saturday's New York Times, Washington Post, Time magazine, Chicago Sun-Times,The New Yorker, The New Republic beccause they found that Ayers and Obama had no close relationship because they reviewed all the project records and found nothing to suggest inappropriate actions in the volunteer projects in which these two men were involve school charity fundraiser.
3.Obama was 8 years old when Ayers was so "called involved in what she called terrorist activites" and Ayers had the riot and conspiracy charges dropped in 1974.
4. Palin and Mccain have tried to interfer and stop her own mess the "Toopergate investigation on her abusive power and unethicalbehavioral" charges she currently is being investigated for. So she has NO room to talk. What is she hiding? The higher court said that they are under the correct jurisidction and that the "supeona's will stand". For the good of the campaign she should step down if she really cared about the party and ge her own pending mess cleared up.
5. Whoever coached her forgot to tell her the correct commanding general's name in Iraq maybe it was the junior high kids that coached her for the debate!
6. The dirty money she took and wanted to get back was noted by all newspapers. McCain was in the New York Times standing next to the exceutives of the failed Freddie Mack with his arnrms smiling in that picture and received millions of dollars toward his campaigns so what is he talking about "straightening out Washington" he is part of this mess we are in.
Shame on him for trying to stop the investigation on Palin doesn't it almost sound like another Watergate Conspiracy Act ?.
7. Mccain W ANTS TO GIVE A TAX CREDIT OF $5000.00 to everyone for health care. my question to him is WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE OTHER $7,000 FOR THE MEDICAL INSURANCE NEEDED? H isn't TELLING YOU ABOUT THE TAX we ALL OF US WOULD BE PAYING" on this $5000.00 break. All the insurance companies that are bleeding us dry now would benefit. No he isn'tis he.
8. Palin earned more than the average person in the millions AND BOUGHT PRIME LAND IN ALASKA while she was govenor and out bidded the small folks who wre trying to buy the same land and was buddies with the realtors who also got rich - I call this conflict of interests out bidding the "everyday Joe 6 pack and soccer moms" of Alaska. Get real "no one" I know talks like she does she was in the debate what an embarassement to the republican party.Palin with Mccain who have millions of dllars isn't like everyday people so who is Palin kidding.
9. Mccain should of chose Romney or someone else all he did was try to get the woman's vote and appease the crayy self righteous 'christian right" what a big mistake he made chosing this small town Palin who also lied about stopping the bridge to "no where" that was a pork barrel 28 million dollars worth fo ear marks she got and the "no where"oil pipe line they aren't going to be building in her state.
Who is she kidding. These are the reasons I will not be voting for these two people.
10.Someone was saying to a group of voters how Mccain was a war hero I will give him that and how he suffered as many other did during that war and they broke his arms etc and and the republican canvasser said thats why we should vote for Mccain.
Are you kidding me that is NO reason why anyone should vote for him. War hero or not it's whether he can change this country around and so far he is losing in my estimate. We got a lot of other war hero's that aren't running around and saying what they went through I guess feeling sorry for yourself works in trying to get elected and votes. It doesn't wash with some voters.
10. These two deserve each other and I feel the republican party should be embarrased by Palin and Mccain. Palin should step down until she can tell the truth regarding her own mess in Alaska. Do her republican party a "big favor" by stepping down.
11. Fact: McCain is losing in electoral votes and made a big mistake in giving up Michigan that tells me more about his misjudgement more and more. Wonder what else he will be giving up soon.
