The fact-checking website, PolitiFact.com, just gave President Obama his first "promise broken."
It says Obama broke his "sunlight before signing" pledge -- No. 234 -- to allow a five-day waiting period for comments before signing a bill by putting his name today on an equal pay bill that was given final approval by Congress only on Tuesday.
But overall, the website says Obama is doing well, earning six promises kept, plus 17 in the works.
Politifact.com, a valuable resource during the campaign, is tracking all 510 promises it says Obama made as a candidate.
