With President Obama back on the road promoting health care and national parks, it will be Vice President Joe Biden who represents the White House at Eunice Kennedy Shriver's funeral on Friday.

Biden's office announced this afternoon that he will attend the services for the Special Olympics founder. Obama, meanwhile, is headed to Montana for a town hall on healthcare Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, the first family will visit Yellowstone National Park, an excursion designed to promote the National Park Service's fee-free weekend.
