Past and likely future presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be on TV
throughout the day today.
The Republican starts by visiting the ladies of "The View" at 11 a.m. on
ABC-TV (WCVB, Channel 5).
Then Romney is chatting at 9 p.m. with Larry King's replacement, Piers
Morgan, on CNN.
The former Massachusetts governor wraps up at 11:30 p.m., when he reads the
nightly Top Ten list on "The Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS-TV
(WBZ-TV, Channel 4).
Romney insisted during a stop in Boston last week - to meet a new class of
House Republicans - that he's not campaigning for anything right now.
Instead, he said he's promoting the paperback release of his recent book,
"No Apology: The Case for American Greatness."
The media blitz, though, comes as Romney continues to position himself for
a possible spring announcement of a second White House bid.
He was also making a jaunt to New Hampshire this week to meet with
Republicans in the first presidential primary state.
