Vote today

THIS SHOULDN'T be Super Snoozeday, even in Massachusetts, where Democratic primary voters may feel Senator John Kerry has the state wrapped up. It is still important to vote, and the Globe has endorsed Kerry for his proven record, his superior knowledge of today's complex issues, and his abiding Democratic values.

In today's special election to replace Cheryl Jacques in the Massachusetts Senate, the Globe's choice is Democrat Angus McQuilken, her longtime chief of staff, who will represent the district that stretches from Wayland to Attleboro with creativity and commitment.
