BETTENDORF, Iowa -- Richard Gephardt and Howard Dean, who could be headed for a photo finish in Iowa Monday, have split the endorsements of the nation's big unions. But Gephardt appears to have a decided advantage over his rival with organized labor in this state, where union members traditionally account for 30 percent of Democratic caucus-goers.
