Massachusetts residents can now receive updates from their utilities companies during a storm, or track and report outages in a variety of ways, whether by phone, the Internet, through a mobile site, or using Twitter or Facebook.

NATIONAL GRID:

- To report outages or check the outage map and restoration estimates, visit the company’s Outage Central website: https://www1.nationalgridus.com/OutageCentralHub
- To access National Grid’s site with your cell phone, use your internet app to log in to www.nationalgrid.com
- To report an outage by phone call 1-800-465-1212
- To speak with someone in customer service call 1-800-322-3223 (people who use respirators or other life support equipment should register that equipment before the storm using this line)

- To get storm updates on your cell phone, text the word STORM to NGRID (64743) to sign up for this service
