A native Rhode Islander who owns Dunkin' Donuts franchises in Florida was recently featured on Animal Planet's show "Tanked."

An aquarium manufacturing company created a special tank shaped like a doughnut to be displayed at Steve Rubiano's Dunkin' Donuts location in Riveria Beach, Fla.

Rubiano said he asked the stars of the show, Wayde King and Brett Ray, to create a tank for his restaurant during a visit to the "Tanked" set in Las Vegas, according to an interview posted on Dunkin' Donuts' website.

The result was a salt-water tank featuring 20 different fish and 1,200 LED light combinations.

Rubiano said he's had customers from as far away as Orlando, a 2 1/2 hour drive, visit his restaurant to see the tank.
