This video begins with the message, "One R.A.C. a day helps keep self-centeredness away." According to the video's description, an R.A.C. is a "random act of coolness," and in this clip a Canadian biker pulls over to help a handicapped person who gets her wheelchair stuck in a plant.

In the description, the biker writes that, "This is not meant to toot my own horn, but to encourage people to take a moment to help out when an opportunity presents itself."

Of course, if you want to debate the merits of "selfless" good deeds, you can venture into this video's depressing comments section for a refresher course of Ethics 101.
