There are a few things that need to be said about this polar bear and its basketball skills, and none of them are bad.

The fact that it's playing underwater is enough to make this impressive, because anyone who has played a little swimming pool hoops knows keeping the ball submerged can be a challenge.

But then it goes on to show some serious skill. The bear runs through some dribbling practice and then pulls up and shows off its fade-away jumper. From what the tape shows, there are no weaknesses. This bear has got the handles and shot of a guard combined with the size of a - well, the size of a bear.

Now, in all fairness, this is far from a full tape. Less than two minutes of highlights isn't much to go on and even those few shots were only of some basic demonstrations. But it showed plenty to make the bear deserving of at least a tryout. This bear's got potential and there's a coach out there somewhere who can develop it.

Someone set this bear up with a meeting with Danny Ainge.
