An anti-gun violence billboard on the Massachusetts Turnpike has been redone ahead of the one year anniversary of the fatal mass shooting in Newtown, Conn, in which gunman Adam Lanza, 20, fatally shot 20 first-graders and six women at Sandy Hook Elementary School before turning the gun on himself on Dec. 14, 2012.

The billboard, sponsored by the non-profit Stop Handgun Violence, reads, "32,833 Americans killed since the massacre at Sandy Hook."
