A good fitness trainer is hard to come by. They have to be personable but stern, understanding but strict. And if they look like a body builder, then you know they're good at what they do.

If you agree with that definition, then "Howard" at Gold's Gym in Venice, California, just might be your man. If you can get past the greasy mustache and unintelligible accent, he's the kind of trainer that's nice enough to towel you off when you're sweaty but tough enough not to let you slack with it comes to your reps at the water fountain.

That's because Howard has experience with this kind of thing. When he's not at this day job being a regional manager for Gold's Gym, Howard is actually Arnold Schwarzenegger, former governor of California and seven-time winner of Mr. Olympia.

Schwarzenegger put together this undercover video to support health and fitness, as well as raise money for the After School All-Stars program. The video is tied to a contest that will raise money for the program and get one lucky winner an afternoon with Arnold.

So watch the video, have a laugh at the fact that no one is fooled by Schwarzenegger's costume given his distinct way of speaking, and consider donating to a good cause.
