Oscar Pistorius was seen in court today crying, heaving, and vomiting during a pathologist's graphic testimony that vividly described the fatal bullet wounds that the South African sprinter -- on trial for murder -- inflicted on his girlfriend.
Pistorius claims he mistook his girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp, for an intruder and shot her in self-defense.
The details pathologist Dr. Gert Saayman gave about Steenkamp's body was so gruesome that the judge in the case ruled the testimony not be broadcast, blogged, or tweeted, ABC News reported.
Photographs presented by Saayman showed a bullet wound on the right side of Steenkamp's head, one in her right arm and one in the area of her right hip, the AP reported.
Shortly after the autopsy testimony began, Pistorius, 27, began vomiting into a bucket beside his chair. The court took a break to allow Pistorius to pull himself together before continuing.
