Local and regional ballot questions

More than 100 ballot questions will be before voters on Nov. 2. Some, like overrides of tax-limiting Proposition 2 1/2, affect a single town, and generally are binding. Others ask voters in a legislative district their opinions on a political or moral issue, and are advisory only. Here is a list of questions, broken down by subject matter.
