During an appearance on CNN in April, Democratic strategist Hilary Rosen said Mitt Romney's wife Ann Romney "never worked a day in her life." The comments sparked a debate over the role of women and mothers in the presidential race.
Rosen later apologized to Ann Romney saying her comments were "poorly chosen" and asked to put the "faux war against stay at home moms" to rest.
