The pope and the Catholic Church jumped into the digital age as he supervised an exhortation sent via e-mail from St. Peter's Church in Vatican City. For the first time in Vatican history, an e-mail of the post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation to all dioceses in Oceania was transmitted by the pontiff.
