The powers that be in traffic land who monitored the ebb and flow of Boston's roads last week are warning drivers to change their ways or face the consequences as Boston readies for a second week, and possibly more, without access to the Massachusetts Turnpike connector and the eastbound Ted Williams Tunnel.
