Governor Mitt Romney yesterday ordered an immediate closure of the eastbound Ted Williams Tunnel, a main route for bus traffic to Logan International Airport, saying emergency repairs were necessary because two bolts holding up a ceiling panel were loose. (Full article: 1265 words)
