Big Dig moves closer to reopening tunnel sections

In a telling sign that the first major Big Dig sections under repair will soon reopen, construction crews began moving concrete traffic barriers yesterday into a key tunnel that helps link South Boston to Logan International Airport and the North Shore. (Full article: 800 words)
