Attorney General Thomas F. Reilly plans to file a lawsuit today against seven companies involved in the design and construction of the fatally flawed ceiling in a Big Dig tunnel, charging that their negligence led to the collapse that killed a 38-year-old Jamaica Plain woman last July.
