Specialist Chad Blocker with the Arkansas National Guard chatted with Jermaine Williams, 11, after the military arrived for relief efforts at the New Orleans Convention Center. Blocker, who recently returned from Iraq, said, "This looks just like the streets of Baghdad, maybe even worse."
