Mexican navy sailors got a helicopter into position on the deck of the Mexican Navy ship Papaloapan in the port city of Tampico, Mexico. Papaloapan, carrying rescue vehicles and helicopters to aid the victims of the Hurricane Katrina in the US, left port on Monday for the Mississippi coast.
