Jean Brady Hendrix biked around the Garden Distict with her dog Tuesday morning. She has resisted pressure from officials to leave her home, which she says survived Hurricane Katrina with little damage. "I didn't need to be rescued," she insisted. "I have my trusty bicycle and my tweedy heart Wissy Wissy."
