Rwanda Marks 20th Anniversary of Genocide with Vigil

Rwandan President Paul Kagame is joined by other dignitaries for a candlelight vigil to commemorate the 800,000 victim's of the country genocide two decades ago. A somber mood engulfs the stadium as it fills with song to remember those killed 20 years ago. Rwanda has long complained that Western and other nations did not do enough to stop the massacres. The bloodshed erupted in April 1994 and killed 800,000 people in 100 days.
