Baby Crane Chicks Walk the Walk

A pair of East African crowned crane chicks are getting used to their surroundings at the San Diego Zoo, and they're strutting around like they own the place. The young female chicks hatched a month ago and need daily exercise to strengthen their feet and long legs. This is so they can gain balance before they can hop about with the other cranes in the zoo, according to senior keeper Tiana Skrivseth.
