Tight Security on Opening Day of U.S. Africa Leaders Summit

With bomb-sniffing dogs and barricaded buildings, security is tight in the nation's capital. Both local and federal police are maintaining a heavy presence as the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit opens, drawing nearly 50 African leaders to town. Attendees are set to participate in talks on security, governance and democracy. And with the leaders have come protesters with a variety of grievances. This group wants to draw attention to Ethiopia.
