Malaysia Airlines Chief Reveals Nationalities of Passengers on Board Downed Plane

A Malaysian airliner was brought down in eastern Ukraine on Thursday, killing all 295 people aboard and sharply raising the stakes in a conflict between Kiev and pro-Moscow rebels that has set Russia and the West at daggers drawn. At a news conference at Schiphol airport on Thursday (July 17), Malaysia Airlines' European chief Huib Gorter detailed the nationalities of the passengers from flight MH17 which were known at this stage.
