TOMORROW - Departs for South Korea, Thailand, and China. En route to Seoul, South Korea, stops at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, to speak to troops.

WEDNESDAY - Meets with President Lee Myung-bak of South Korea and speaks at a US Army base. Travels to Bangkok to meet with Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej.

THURSDAY - Gives a speech in Thailand on US policy in East Asia, and visits a center that helps children with HIV/AIDS. Receives a briefing on relief efforts in Burma.

FRIDAY - Helps dedicate the US Embassy in Beijing. Meets with the International Olympic Committee president. Greets the US Olympic team and attends the opening ceremony of the Summer Games.

SATURDAY - Attends a reception with sponsors of the US Olympic team. Expected to attend Olympic events Saturday and Sunday.

SUNDAY - Meets with President Hu Jintao of China, Premier Wen Jiabao, and Vice President Xi Jinping. Returns to Washington on Monday.
