U.S. House Passes Border-Security Funding Bill to Speed Deportations

The House of Representatives votes to crack down on Central American migrants, who are flooding to the U.S. border with Mexico. The vote comes despite a veto threat by the White House and the measure won't advance further until September as the Senate is on recess.
