GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba—In a July 22 story about the war crimes tribunal at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, The Associated Press, based on a statement by the prosecutor, erroneously described witness Ali Soufan as an FBI agent. Soufan is a former FBI agent.
