Chaos in the Syrian city of Homs after twin car bombs exploded on a busy street. There are conflicting reports on the number of casualties. A group that monitors the violence in syria said at least 21 people were killed. The Syrian state news agency "SANA" puts the number of dead at 25. "SANA" said the first bomb went off near a sweet shop along the busy road. The second one went off near by about half an hour later. Women and children were among the dead.
