Lebanese Mobile App Puts Users on the Map

Despite having a population of nearly four million people, Lebanon does not have a proper address system. Streets in the small Mediterranean country may have names and numbers, but barely anybody knows them. Instead people typically rely on landmarks to find a location. But developers of a new mobile application called Dots Addresses are hoping to literally put themselves on the map with a new tool to help resolve the country's chaotic address system.
