TEL AVIV -- A Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up in the middle of Tel Aviv's Shuk HaCarmel yesterday, killing three Israelis and wounding more than 30 others in a sprawling market area that had been a symbol of Israeli security forces' ability to block terrorist attacks.
