JERUSALEM -- Despite pressure from the United States, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Cabinet refused during a key discussion on Jewish settlements yesterday to set a date for dismantling dozens of rogue settler outposts in the West Bank in line with the US-backed peace plan known as the road map.
