Mohammed Abdullah grieved for his brother, Hussein, who was killed along with his 6-year-old daughter while sleeping on the roof of their Sadr City home in east Baghdad Tuesday. A police official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the girl and her father had been struck by shrapnel while they slept on the roof seeking relief from the heat.
