Camp Manitou is an instructional camp that prides itself on its experienced staff, excellent facilities and broad selection of activities. Campers can choose from 23 different land instructionals, 12 waterfront instructionals and 22 creative programs carefully designed to challenge minds and imaginations and develop skills. Camping trips are planned for every age group. These include carefully supervised mountain-climbing expeditions, whale watches, canoe and whitewater rafting trips and visits to the scenic coast of Maine. Manitou was founded in 1947.

The Dan Duquette Sports Academy offers boys and girls sessions in baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, football, roller hockey, plus strength and conditioning. Programs are designed for beginners and those looking to take their game to the next level. Instruction is provided by NCAA and Major League Baseball players and coaches.
MetroRock provides kids age 6 and up the chance to learn or improve their climbing. Your children will enjoy a daily session of rock climbing and recreation under the expert supervision of our experienced staff. This weekly program starts the week of July 11th and goes thru the end of August.
