Nipmuc's John Jango found Zach Girardini for a 73-yard score with six minutes left, but Clinton's Kyle Cutler broke up a pass on the conversion attempt to give the host Gaels (3-6) a win over the Warriors (5-4). Matt McEvilly rushed 20 times for 132 yards for Clinton and scored on a 9-yard rush in the second quarter. Ronye Noel (11 rushes, 83 yards) caught a 14-yard pass from Cutler in the third quarter to give the Gaels a 27-20 lead. Matt Notaro had eight carries for 80 yards and rushed for a big first down to seal the win in the fourth quarter. McEvilly and Sean Kilcoyne led Clinton's defense. Girardini also had a 60-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter, while Kyle Braile and Derek Moore added scores for the Warriors.
