Frank Ansah scored two touchdowns and ran in two conversions, including the winner with 58 seconds left to lift the Colonels (5-6) over the Polar Bears (2-9) at Foley Stadium. Ansah rushed 15 times for 102 yards while Darwin Agyei carried nine times for 108 yards and completed 15 of 20 passes for 284 yards. Sam Castro gave North a 20-14 lead with his second TD with 8:48 left. South led 14-0 after the first quarter on a 5-yard Ansah run and Jaquale Welds (6 catches, 162 yards) 11-yard pass from Agyei. The Polar Bears tied it before the half on Tom Edwards' 1-yard run and a 3-yard take by Castro. After a scoreless third quarter Castro gave North its first lead with a 2-yard TD run, but the Ansah and Colonels won it on their final drive.
