Quarterback Mack Eberhardt completed 6 of 10 passes for 129 yards, including a 35-yard TD strike to Joey Stewart in the first quarter to lead the host Crusaders. Eberhardt also carried nine times for 130 yards, running in a 40-yard TD for the winning score in the third quarter and then adding a 65-yard TD in the fourth as the Crusaders finished strong. Joey Orlando rushed seven times for 143 yards and a touchdown, while Quinton Forbes went 87 yards on four carries, caught two passes for 61 yards, and recovered a fumble forced by Coleman Hill. Hill also had a sack and returned a Maynard conversion pass 100 yards in the first quarter, while his brother, Charles led Groton-Dunstable with nine tackles. Bryan Kiley gave the Tigers an early lead with a 47-yard TD run, while Sean Peterson went 80 yards for a score in the third quarter.
