Taylor Hanson caught two passes for 105 yards and a touchdown and also rushed four times for 45 yards and two more scores as the visiting Beavers (9-1, 6-1 Colonial) rolled past the Eagles (3-7, 2-4) at Foley Stadium. Hanson gave Valley Tech a 14-0 lead on its first two possessions when he caught an 84-yard touchdown pass from Dan Avery (4 for 4, 160 yards) and then scored on a 6-yard strike. Shawn Wilkins made it 21-0 when he reeled in a 41-yard pass from Avery. After a Beavers safety, Pat Durkin scored on a 15-yard run to give Valley Tech a 30-0 lead in the first quarter. Hanson added a 24-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to give the Beavers a 37-0 halftime lead as they rolled up 230 yards of offense. Anthony Lemay and Makentry Long each had 5-yard touchdown runs for Worcester Tech in the fourth quarter, while Barrington McCloud added a 7-yard score.
