Five players scored touchdowns for West Boylston as it prepared for the playoffs by showing off its offense in a 47-27 downing of Quabbin at Alumni Field. Bryan Hayes led the way for the Lions (10-1), scoring on touchdown passes of 54 and 28 yards and also taking a punt return 59 yards to the end zone. Not all the news was good for West Boylston, though, which lost starting quarterback Steven Gould late in the second quarter with a pulled right groin. Gould and coach Dave Tingloff, though, both said he expects to be ready for Tuesday. Dylan Kierman threw for all four touchdowns for the Panthers (4-7).
