Freshman Millard Lawson was tops in the 50 freestyle (23.9) and 100 butterfly (55.4), senior Richie Smith won the 200 individual medley (2:03.0) and 100 backstroke (56.7), and sophomore Peter Delmastro won the 200 (1:50.26) and 100 (51.46) freestyles for the visiting Pioneers (2-0). St. John's sophomore Jason Niness (5:09.04) and freshman Killian Dickson (5:18.93) turned in state-qualifying times in the 500 freestyle. Brookline is 1-1.
